Logistics management is that part of our department “Supplying –
organizing management “, which plans, fulfils and controls
realization, actual spedition, counter debit and storing the goods,
services and the information between the starting and the final point,
to meet our clients requirements.
Logistics management – Range and Relations
The services that our Logistics management offers include management
of transport, fleet management, storing, execution orders, planning of
logistics network, management of inventory, planning supply and
demand, management of third parties, providing logistics services. For
increasing the level of our logistics services, they also include
finding of sources and supplying, planning and distribution of
production, packing up and gathering. Logistics management is engaged
in all levels of planning and execution – strategic, operational and
tactical.
Logistics management has an integrating function in our department “
Supplying – organizing management “, which co- ordinates and optimizes
all logistics activities, and also integrates them with other
activities including marketing, production, finance and information
technology.
